When on the headnote pages, click on the case name or reference to see the full transcript in HTML (with hyperlinks to other cases referred to if they are on the BAILII system); at the top of each case you can select the option to see and save in RTF (which you can easily "save as" Word/ .doc format).
I had come to the conclusion for various reasons that I could no longer continue the noting up. I then relented but have now decided that enough is enough. Any feedback on that would help.

from the named courts and other developments.
NB these weekly pages contain cases decided earlier than this period due to Courts Service time-lag, and some cases decided within this period will be in more recent pages for the same reason; on the next amalgamation they will be slotted in in date order.

Notes on cases and other things of interest to me
as a commercial practitioner, as a civil and criminal Recorder and generally. Neither I nor Hailsham Chambers assume or accept any liability or duty in relation to any of this.
None. You are welcome to print these pages, provided attribution is given; please do not reproduce them in any other

The
source of the cases on these pages to which I append brief headnotes is, unless stated otherwise,
handed-down judgments which appear on BAILII. If anyone has any constructive
suggestions, I am happy to be e-mailed.
I refer to all such new cases in the listed courts (I don't do EWHC (Fam) or (Admin), and Bailii and I do not carry all decisions of EWCA Crim). The principal purpose is to have an "at a glance" summary to see if it may be relevant to you, though I sometimes do more than that. This process is, in one sense, the completion
of a circle. One of the objections to the publication on the www of all cases,
as to which see more when I discuss Vendor Neutral
Citation or VNC etc, was that there would be too many and that they
would be undigested and have no headnotes. Well, as I look at all new cases (in the relevant courts) in
any event, now I can provide at least a minimum note.
Cases are noted weekly, as they appear on Bailii, in "latest at top" order. Some cases take time to get to Bailii, so are not necessarily initially in the "correct" weekly page. Once a month, the weekly pages are amalgamated into a single file, sorted in "latest at top" order.
The information is up to date as at the end date shown on the latest (top) page.
